The Factory Behind DINAK Air Separation

Henan Dinak Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. - "DINAK" - builds the machines that take air apart for a living. Twenty-plus years of air separation engineering, a 100,000 m² production base in Kaifeng, Henan, and nearly 300 ASU sets shipped to sites that cannot afford for the gas to stop.

20+Years of ASU manufacturing
100,000+ m²Factory base

What we actually make

A Manufacturer, Not A Trading Desk

The difference matters on a gas project. When a cold box leaks, a tower valve sticks at 3 a.m., or a re-test authority questions a weld record, a trading company forwards your email. Our workshops hold the A1/A2 pressure-vessel design and manufacturing licenses, GC1-GC3 pressure-piping design and GC2/GC3 installation qualifications - which means the drawing, the steel, the weld, the test and the paperwork came from the same roof.

Six hundred-plus staff, over 30% in technical roles with 10+ senior engineers, and 36 patents accumulated across cryogenic processes: the ultra-low-pressure 0.43 MPa flow that cuts compressor work, the 8.5 MPa internal-compression flow that pumps liquid instead of gas, hydrogen recovery loops that return 50-85% of furnace protection gas. ISO 9001, GB/T28001, GB/T24001 and US UL certification ride along on the quality manual.

Milestones, measured

Scale You Can Due-Diligence

10,000 TPD design ceiling

Maximum design capability of 10,000 tons per day (~80,000 Nm³/h) - the heavy end of cryogenic air separation, held by a short list of manufacturers.

18 units at 30,000 class

Eighteen delivered or engineered plants at the 30,000 Nm³/h class, three at the 50,000 class; over half of all ASU deliveries are 1,000 TPD and above.

20+ export countries

Russia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Libya, Iran, Iraq, Algeria, Nigeria, Cameroon, Vietnam, Thailand, Brazil, Indonesia - with export documentation packages per jurisdiction.

One-stop gas chain

Generation (PSA/VPSA/ASU), storage (CFL tanks), transport (dewar & steel cylinders), boosting (compressors), recovery (furnace gas) and investment (BOO).

How we work

The Inquiry-to-Commission Path

  • Engineering reply in 24 hours - flow, purity, pressure in; a sized proposal and datasheet back. An engineer answers, not a sales template.
  • Factory acceptance you can witness - attend the test run or receive the logged purity and pressure curves before your machine is crated.
  • Documentation that travels - vessel dossiers, weld records, vacuum bake reports, wiring diagrams and PLC documentation in the crate paperwork.
  • Commissioning & training - remote guidance is free and usually sufficient; engineers travel for larger plants, with travel quoted honestly.
  • Life support afterwards - maintenance agreements, material agreements, technical training and remote monitoring on top of the standard warranty.
The premise

Why Owners Standardize On One Builder

The gas never negotiates

A steel furnace, a hospital manifold or a battery filling line treats "oxygen stopped" as an incident, not an inconvenience. Our whole build philosophy is engineered for that standard.

Honest technology advice

We build PSA, VPSA and cryogenic plants, and we quote whichever matches your contract - including talking owners out of overspec. That habit is why buyers send us the next project.

We can own the risk

If capital is the constraint, the BOO model has DINAK fund, build and run the plant while you meter the gas. The asset on our balance sheet keeps our engineering honest.
